File Management Principles:
In Deep Space, it is important to be aware that a given Source File Name must be unique in your entire workspace.

Is Room Defining | Set whether a model has Room objects that should be used in Deep Space Spatial Detection |
Is Federated Model | Defines if this model is the primary federated file |
Is Control Model | Defines if this model is the reference for Grids, Levels and other items in Deep Space Model Audit |
Is Zone Model | Defines if the Rooms in this model should be used as an additional Spatial category |
Archiving Files
Archived or Inactive Files will generally be hidden from all App dashboards by default.
To Archive a file, you should un-tick the "Active" field in the BIM Files management page:
